What we’re looking for:
- We’re looking for a Care Professional who is kind and compassionate and is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care understanding values and mission.
- Providing continuity to both client and Care Professional means you will see the same Clients every week, with minimum 1 hour visits enabling you to build a relationship and a routine in the comfort of their home focused around quality of life.
