If you are already working as a Personal Assistant and are finding it difficult to access training or development opportunities within your current role, we are here to support you.
You can contact us to be included within our PA Hub network, where we aim to bring Personal Assistants together across the borough.

Personal Assistant Support Network
We also have a Personal Assistant Support Group, where PAs get together to discuss matters, have a catch up, get access to FREE training and learn from each other.
If the session is full, you will be given priority to be offered a place on the next available session.
Places are limited, if you would like to be invited to our PA support network then please get in touch!
ILG Employee Assistance Programme
ILG PA is an employee assistance programme and membership platform.
This membership is exclusively for employed personal assistants of individual employers; those who receive direct payments or a personal health budget to provide for support needs.
What you get:

- Rewards and discounts


Blue Light Card
Blue Light Card are well known as the discount platform for those working in the emergency services and social care sector.
When you register for ILG PA the process verifies your work as a PA and when you receive your badge you will then qualify for Blue Light Card membership. You’ll need to upload your ID badge if you choose to apply to them.
Disability North: Introduction to the Personal Assistant (PA) role
We have partnered with Disability North to offer FREE personal assistant training in North Tyneside.
This FREE session is friendly, down‑to‑earth, and packed with real stories and practical insight from Angie and people who know the PA role inside out.
