Access Ava
Access Ava is a free and easy-to-use chatbot that can help you get the support you need from social care services.
It works by asking you simple questions. Your answers help it create a legal letter you can send to your local council. This letter explains your rights and what you are asking for — like an assessment, care and support, or a review of your current situation.
Access Ava was created by Access Social Care, a charity that helps people understand and use their rights to social care.

The King’s Trust
At The King’s Trust, we believe that every young person should have the chance to succeed, no matter their background or the challenges they are facing.
Founded in 1976, by His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, The King’s (formerly Prince’s) Trust was created to help support record unemployment rates where young people felt like they didn’t have a stake in society.
We are committed to enabling even more young people to create a better future for themselves. By helping young people today, the benefits for them, their communities and the wider economy will be felt for years to come.
We help young people from disadvantaged communities and those facing the greatest adversity by supporting them to build the confidence and skills to live, learn and earn.
