Job Description

Our care workers at ProAce change people’s lives, and they put smiles on their faces by delivering the highest quality of care.

The job entails personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, feeding, shopping, cleaning and companionship.

Each care worker works alongside their colleagues to ensure that the customer receives high quality, safe, effective, responsive and compassionate care and support is always delivered.

By delivering care, they are promoting customers privacy, dignity, rights, health, and well-being.

Requirements:

  • An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable. However, it is not essential to have this qualification in order to apply.
  • Be an honest, empathetic, inclusive, compassionate, authentic, innovative, empowering, hardworking, quality-driven, and trustworthy individual.
  • Have the right to work within the UK.
  • Possess an excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required!
